Getting There
Halo at the Point is located in the Brick North Building at Thompson's Point, 20 Van Aken Way in Portland.
Coming from out of town? The Portland Transportation Center, servicing the Amtrak Downeaster and Concord Coach Lines is just a five-minute walk away.
Coming from in-town Portland? The Route 1 Metro Bus travels from the Eastern Prom all the way down Congress St to Thompson's Point and back every hour on Sundays. Please note that the last bus out of Thompson’s Point is at 5:45pm.
Riding your bike? Thompson's Point has an abundance of bike racks.
Uber, Lyft, or any local taxi company can easily get you there.
If you need to drive a personal car, please note that there is no free parking on Thompson's Point. While parking spots are abundant, they all cost $2 per hour. This is in effect 24/7. You will need to pay the entire time you are there. These are not City property so Sunday is not free. Parking is monitored so please do not take the chance on parking without paying. You will need to buy time at a parking kiosk and put the receipt on your dashboard. All kiosks accept credit cards. Only one kiosk accepts cash and it is the one in front of the entrance to Halo. Alternatively, you can also use the Passport Parking app. The zone is 1213.
The Co-op has an assistance fund to aid people who find the cost of transportation or parking to be a barrier to attending. Please email the General Manager at john.crane@portlandfood.coop to sign up.
